Ordering Terms and Conditions

 
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Delivery times apply to in-stock merchandise only. 
 
Standard Delivery – Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for delivery upon receipt of your order.
 
Express Service – Please allow approximately 4-6 business days for delivery upon receipt of your order.
 
Service Outside the Continental U.S. –  To calculate delivery, use the shipping rate calculator in the shopping cart. 
 
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. Territories may require additional delivery time.
 
No express delivery to P.O. Boxes or outside the 48 contiguous United States.

 

RETURN POLICY:
There are occasions where merchandise must be returned.  It's easy to return an item for exchange or refund! We accept items for return within 30 days from the date of purchase, in its original condition with your packing slip.  Sorry, we cannot accept returns on any dated, personalized or sale items.

To process your return, simply call us at 949.679.8536 providing the
reason for your return or exchange.  If you are approved, you'll receive a confirmation number and instructions on how to proceed.  If indicated, please repack your order carefully, enclose the slip (please add confirmation number), insure the package, freight prepaid, and mail it to:

We check all orders twice and pack carefully to ensure adequate protection during shipping.  If you receive a box that appears damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier's receiving form and ask him for a claim form.  All shipments must be inspected immediately.  Please call or fax to report any problems: Phone: 949.679.8536 or Fax: 949.453.8663.

We'll exchange or refund purchases made on our website in the original form of payment, including any taxes you were charged.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Unless specified, price is per piece.
 
PAYMENT & TERMS: 
Credit Cards are the preferred method of payment (Visa and MasterCard only).
We also accept Google Checkout and Paypal.
Typically, orders will be charged only when an order is shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse orders/shipments at out sole discretion.

 
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
All changes or cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the ship date.
We must receive cancellations in writing by fax or mail.
